The Solo Founder agreement

You will run your store as its only Founder and keep it within the Jyoox terms and refund policy. You confirm you are 18 or older and that the details and documents you upload are true and yours. STARTIONS may verify your PAN and bank details and may ask for more information. You pay the Founder seat fee (₹97,200 a year + GST) only after approval; it renews yearly. Your store address is permanent; changes need STARTIONS' approval. Interns join only when STARTIONS invites them. STARTIONS may suspend a store that breaks the rules or the law.

I have read and accept the Solo Founder agreement.
